Joseph Philbrick's Eagle Project

Posted on Jul 18 2016 - 4:40pm

The time has finally come! After the finishing of the all-important paperwork I am ready to break ground on my Eagle Project. My project is the beautification of the landscape at my church, Golden Hill United Methodist church in Bridgeport Connecticut. I have set aside tentative dates (July 24th, July 31st, August 21st, and August 28th) to work on the project but I’m still waiting for confirmation of those dates from the church. As of now I am looking to begin this Sunday, July 24th. The plan for the day is to clean up trash around the sit, start weeding the future flower beds, and to begin mulching. On the website each date has its own signup. Times, materials and other information are posted for each date on the sign up. Please indicate in the “Notes” of the signup if a ride is needed or if willing to drive. Any questions feel free to contact me via cellphone or email, which can be found on the website's Troop Roster. Thank you all and I hope to see you there.
