The troop will be marching in the Memorial Day Parade on Sunday May 27th. All scouts and leaders should meet at 1:30PM on Elm Street. We will be assigned a number soon that will be forwarded to everyone.

Movie night will be Saturday May 19th thru Sunday May 29th. Scouts should arrive at 7PM and have eaten a light dinner. Snacks and drinks will be provided along with pizza. Pick up will be at 11AM after breakfast.

There will be a PLC meeting this Sunday. Planning for ConnJam, Movie Night, Memorial Day Parade, and the June Canoe Trip needs to be completed at this meeting.

The Troop Committee Chair is not available for this month's meeting. The next parent meeting is scheduled for June.

We need all scouts to sign up for a shift for next weekend's pancake fundraiser. Please sign up ASAP so that we can verify we have effective coverage. Sign ups are on the troop website.

All scouts should also be selling tickets. They were distributed at last weekend's troop meeting. If you did not get your tickets, contact Mr. Andronowitz (pancakes@troop163.org).

Troop elections are scheduled for May 6, 2012. Positions to be elected are Senior Patrol Leader and Patrol Leaders. Terms will run through October 2012. Other PLC positions will be appointed by the incoming Senior Patrol Leader. Position Descriptions and requirements are listed on the "PLC Resources" webpage of this website.
