Important trip news
The troop participation is minimal so those going have been placed into 2 temporary patrols; the Flag patrol and the Bell patrol. Each of these patrols should decide who will be the patrol leader for the trip.
Each of these patrols is responsible of one of the two breakfasts we will eat in camp. Being responsible for the meal means purchasing all the food and supplies necessary to feed 20 persons and preparing the meal. Don't forget condiments and paper goods, including paper towels.
Turn in your receipts to Mr. Quinlavin for reimbursement.
Adult participation is quite weak on this trip and we either need more adults or we will need to rent a 15 passenger van. If you are interested in attending, please contact me as above.
The $80 fee for this trip covers transportation, museum and facility entry fees, cabin rental, two breakfasts, and one buffet dinner. Bring money for Friday dinner on the road, Saturday lunch in Philly, Sunday lunch on the road, and any souveniors/snacks.
